Saiko Prime Holdings is a family-led holding company with four businesses under it: construction, building materials, technology and media. They needed a home for the group that would hold up in front of investors, and a way to handle the inquiries it brought in. Through Gambitworks, I built both.
The site
The site runs on a custom-coded WordPress theme, with no page builder. The hero pairs real photography with restrained motion: a slow drift, a single gold sweep and a floating shield, all switched off for visitors who’ve asked their devices to reduce motion.
The business grid gives each subsidiary its own photo-backed card. The photos varied a lot in brightness, so instead of using one overlay for all four, I measured each photo and tuned its overlay to match. That’s why the text sits evenly across very different images.

News, handled carefully
The launch posts cover the group’s trade show visits in Dubai, Qingdao and Osaka. Every image was prepared before publishing: location metadata stripped, bystanders’ faces blurred or cropped out, and attendee badge QR codes obscured, since those carry personal contact details. Every figure in the drafts was checked against a published source or cut.
Behind the inquiry form
The inquiry form feeds a CRM built in GoHighLevel. It records where each visitor originally came from, even if they fill in the form days later, and a set of automated workflows handles the welcome, the follow-up nurture and the long-term touchpoints, each with a clean exit when someone replies or opts out. Emails go out from the company’s own verified sending domain, so they land in the inbox rather than the spam folder.
The unglamorous part
The site sits behind Cloudflare with strict SSL, and it went through a full quality pass before launch. Compliance questions, like data privacy law and the rules around investment solicitation, were raised before the parts they affected were built, not after.
The public launch is close. The live link goes here when it’s ready.
